I've heard mixed feelings about this idea, Ken my sweet--we'll see how effective it was by tomorrow--I already worked this morning, so I wasn't too effective, was I? =/
Read an article about this. I think the message was lovely, but the realization was too diffusedAnd the poster was really pretty!!
They don't care about giving us our deserved rights, doubt they would care if we didn't show up one day to work. I say not effective.
