This year, BBC Three launched the pilot of a new comedy, Being Human. And it's certainly not your average television series. George, Mitchell, and Annie are roommates with a twist: George turns into a werewolf, Mitchell is a vampire, and Annie... well, she's a ghost! And you thought normal roommates had issues...It's a new twist on the traditional twenty-something storyline. With Doctor Who writer Toby Whithouse on staff, it's bound to be good. The pilot episode was released on February 18th, and after the positive response the show is being picked up.
Of course, nothing in real life is easy either. Scheduling conflicts have forced the British channel to postpone filming of the first six episodes. So until these corporeal issues can be worked out, stay tuned...
